When you must look for these ingredients when you buy whole food supplements. They will help in getting the body into an optimal equilibrium. Remember that with out the whole food complex, the body will not get whole nutrition.
The whole food supplements have enzyme activity. Vitamins only replace a part of food not the whole food. Whole food has biochemical and work harmoniously. Minerals are another factor, which the healthy body requires. Taking only vitamins or minerals will not help unless you take whole food supplements. This will not balance body’s biochemistry. You must take a balanced diet containing fruits and vegetables, even in minimum quantities to support your life style. You cannot depend on whole food supplements only.
